Eligibility for Returns
We at Jeansnap want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason, you are not pleased with the items you have ordered, we gladly accept returns under the following conditions:
- Time Frame: Returns must be made within 30 days of the customer receiving the merchandise.
- Condition: Items must be in new, unworn condition with all original tags attached.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Shipping: Once approved, you will need to mail the item back to us. Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- Packaging: Make sure to package the item securely to avoid damage during transit. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refunds
Here's what you need to know about refunds:
- Refundable Amount: We will only refund the cost of the merchandise, excluding any shipping fees incurred during the purchase. The refunded amount will be based on the actual price paid (including any discounts or promotional offers).
- Processing Time: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the refund typically within 7-10 business days. The funds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Order cancellation
Your order shall be fully refunded if it is canceled within 24 hours of your purchase. Please submit a help ticket from Contact Us if you decide to cancel the order. For orders canceled after 24 hours of the purchase but before the shipment, a 15% cancellation fee shall be applied. We will NOT accept an order cancellation request if the order has already been shipped.
